Of customers leaving TWC. It seems TWC no longer has a clue as to what their customers want. Forcing upgrades while disabling streaming features and certain channels is not good service nor is it worth the money I pay every month. Ill take my business elsewhere and will be spreading the word about this "upgrade" to other TWC customers I know... I never write reviews but this one... I felt the need too. Smh!
