Worked great but now it crashes every time it starts up. For the price of their cable you would think they could provide a working app.

I dont really have any problems with the app, but would be great if they could have HDMI output as well as AirPlay Mirroring in the next update. App works okay if your at home but is useless elsewhere

When I tried to open the app it keep crashing.

The app constantly freezes and shows an error message. I called twc for the issue and they said it was a roku error on my roku tv. However the app does the same thing and I get the same error messages on all other devices I have. Stop trying to blame other services for the issue youre having and fix your app.

Up until a couple of updates ago, the app worked great. Then came the issue where I had to sign in each time I used the app (every day). They fixed that, but theres still an issue where every day when I start up the app, I find that it has crashed and needs to be cleared and restarted. Very frustrating.

Since the last update it only works half the time coming up with a black screen or an error message. When it does "work" it tends to freeze for a couple seconds frequently when watching live tv also when Im scrolling through channels it jumps to the end of the channel list.

Have had to delete app and reinstall quite a few times. Very annoying. Spectrum, whats going on?? I love using iPad to watch tv but this is not good.

Constantly telling me to restart app...so I have to delete and reinstall every night! This was finally working perfectly for a really long time and then recently maybe because of spectrum it is crap all over again! And my bill just went up $11/month!! Disgraceful

Past couple weeks couldnt get it to load anything, when I went to go play something from on demand it would just kick me out of the app. I thought I had bad wifi connection but then went to go use another app and worked just fine. Now this is just a waste of space on my phone.

App used to work great. I could record shows while I was out of the house. Now I am missing shows/sporting events because of error after error, and now the app wont even load up at all. Very disappointed!!!!

Dont know why the app gets few stars... its a great app what has changed the way I watch tv!

Ever since they enabled minimizing the video when doing other things on the iPad, it is very unstable, requiring Restarting the App at least once daily. I hope they figure this problem out soon and fix it. (For those who dont know how to "Restart" the App, double press the Home button, then swipe the TWC screen up to force quit, correct term, the App.)

Wow. This crashes more often than my time Warner cable set top boxes. But if you have Time Warner Cable then youll know exactly what youre getting from this app. Bad service, tons of bugs, loads of crashes, authentication errors, and a generally crappy user interface to top it all off.

This use to be an awesome app. Now that they are Spectrum, viewing on this app is horrible all shows are now fuzzy no clarity what so ever. Please fix and update this app. We pay enough for Spectrum TV we should not have to be dealing with such issues.

I have to delete the app everyday from my iPad then down load it again to watch, for some reason it doesnt want to run again the next day. Need help.

Now most on demand shows are only available to watch on your cable box and the app just has placeholders telling you this.

Ever since this app upgraded to Spectrum, my schedule recording cant record HD stations program on 1000s channels? It keep defaulting to the "single" station number, which is "not" HD stations??? Example 1093 is CW (HD) & 93 is CW (non HD).. Again it doesnt record programs on 1093, but it records on 93 & I cant change it???

Not perfect by any means but definitely the bugs are being worked out and functionality is improving.

Used to work pretty well, but now requires a restart and sign in nearly every time. Very very annoying. Fix it.

Lately, I have to reboot my ipad each time I want to use this app. Also, using the On Demand function either has missing episodes in the middle of a season, or the series is not available to view. Whats up TW/Spectrum?
