Why cant I watch the shows I have recorded? Horrible app. Horrible customer service. Everything about Time Warner Cable is horrible.

I regularly would use the App to AirPlay to my TV. Cant do that anymore. Thanks for nothing. Piece of crap Time Warner Cable. Whats so hard about updating a App correctly???? Fix it fast please.

Using the guide feature used to be very clean, quick and easy. Now the transition when you tap on a show is slow, confusing and not easy to select record or watch here/watch on TV. This "update" was a complete miss - And it needs to be fixed ASAP or I will take my business elsewhere.

The update is terrible. I get an unable to playback message every time I try to play an On Demand video. The app is useless. I never had this issue prior to the update.

Bring back old "watch on tv". I used to love this app so I could use it as a remote. You have to have GPS to find the "watch on tv" buttons and on some channels, you dont even offer it anymore!!! Fancy is not always better....please fix in next update. Really, sooooooooooo disappointed. :(

Seriously WTH happened to this app? I cant record anymore and its not very user friendly at all. So ticked!!!!

I like this app....when it works. A large amount of the time I get about 20 min into a show and I get "playback error". If it will resume, usually only minutes later "playback error". We are using your fastest internet service. Upgraded our modem last year. This happens whether there are four people online or one...so Im guessing its not the internet but the app? My neighbors are all switching to Google. With what we pay...Im wondering if we should follow.

Do not waste your time if what youre trying to do is display Time Warner content on Apple Tv via Airplay

The update has made it unnecessarily difficult for me from doing simple tasks such as Recording a show while away from home. Quite frankly theres too much in this update it just needs to be simple.

Good bye twc we are going to switch to Hulu since you disabled AirPlay.

What the beck did they do for update? Cant watch on demand shows like before. Too confusing and ridiculously stupid

Previous versions worked well but this one will not load the stream when I click on a channel in my iPad. Then it kills my wifi connection to my iPad so I have to turn wifi off and back on. Miserable.

AirPlay doesnt work right now. Sound but no video. Updates should fix bugs, not create them.

No AirPlay, Im cancelling TWC. Time to shop for a new provider. I now have two tvs that are worthless.

This new update is the worst! Plus They changed all my sport package channels and I called them and was on the phone for 1 hr finally they said that will call me back and never did. Plus of course Im in contract with them with my business for 3 years so give a f ! I think

We switched from RCN about 3 weeks ago to Time Warner Cable. The app was nice, because I could stream to Apple TV where I wasnt able to have the additional cable box. After the update only audio streaming is working. Useless. I cannot sign into most of the channels with time warner account, since TWC doesnt support it. We pay for the service and a user should have the option to stream video.

I cant watch my DVRed shows on my iPad anymore. The "watch it here" function is greyed out.

The upgrade is more of a down-grade. A few nice additions, but overall dont like the changes. Buggy.

The update took away the ability to AirPlay video onto the Apple TV. Now the app wont be used.

Dont download the app. It crashes when you choose the Scheduled selection. Maybe they will fix it soon.
