The new app is too complicated, too many hoops to jump thru. The previous version was much easier to use and didnt require you to see a splash screen of the show. TWC has succeeded in making the less user friendly

Prior to the new Time Warner cable app upgrade, I was able to airplay Time Warner cable TV shows through the app on any device to my Apple TV. Now, I can only hear the audio on my Apple TV. The video is only viewable on the device.

I used to be able to watch my favorite shows on demand, but now it wont allow me to. When I try to select an episode I want to watch, it just does nothing. Did they change the way to watch on demand, or now cant I watch my shows?

Only sound works with Airplay to appletv. No video!

I love the app but I think we should be able to watch more channels away from home live like A&E or WGN or more channels cause when I at work I miss out on my shows than WGN is not on dean so I cant watch the show I miss out on and a least give us USA to but other than that I like the app

Used the App to stream to my TV using Apple TV worked great then with the last update a couple days ago it will no longer stream they changed it the App so I guess its time to change providers and save money good by TWC.

UPDATE: The new search is a little better, but you STILL can not search for a channel like “STARZ” or “HBO”. You STILL can not hide channels that you do not subscribe to. Live TV is spotty even though I use TWC equipment for my connection. This app has so much potential. Netflix, Amazon, Hulu all provide a much better user experience. Even other TV apps like Uverse, Comcast and Charter have a better method to search for television shows and navigate the guide. You can’t even search for a network like “NBC”. Still no way to limit the channels to those that you actually pay for. There are literally hundreds of channels that I do not pay for that I have to scroll through to find the ones that I do. Univision, Korean, dozens of sports and premium channels. I don’t pay for any of those, but have to scroll past every one of them to find what I want. Ridiculous.

I Love the TWC TV App but TWC need to look at the Charter TV App & get everything Charter has because there is a lot that the Charter App has that TWC dont like the option to download tv show & movies so we can watch them offline. TWC also needs support for Apple TV. I realize that if everything is aproved TWC will be New Charter soon but even if it is aproved it may be 1-2 years before us TWC customers are switched to New Charter.

How do I go back to the previous version? This is garbage now. I think TWC decided the app was too good and not frustrating enough for their customers so they did this to it. Very disappointing.

The new update is so bad. I love this app but after the update I wont be using it as much. They have taken away some of my favorite channels. I can still watch it on my tv but not on the app which makes me very mad. They need to put the channels back b

This new version is cluttered and much less user friendly than the previous version. Not functional at all it seems like the design and functionality is straight out of 1988. It does not flow well.

This app was delivered without the consumer in mind. Many people use the app as to control devices in the home and now you have buried the feature for each time you need to change a channel to a multiple step process. The user flow is confusing and off. Go back to the drawing board.

I use the time warner cable app everyday. Today I got the new updated version. Now I can no longer watch any programs or movies on any devices except for my tv.

My phone has automatic updates and I really should turn that feature off. I should have read the reviews. It keeps crashing on me when I get past the login screen with the whats new features. Im using an iPhone 6 Plus. I have removed the app and reinstalled. I have also restarted the phone a few times. It just doesnt work. My Hulu, Netflix and YouTube still works. This TWC app gives me a strong reason to cut back on my TWC services.

Cant seem to AirPlay to the Apple TV. Pretty sure this once worked.

"Fixed" things that didnt need fixing. On demand is confusing. Buttons are hard to find. No longer easy to see what on demand items are available to watch on my account. Have to check each one and get pitch to upgrade. Very annoying. Flashy graphics but no longer intuitive and easy to use. Wish I hadnt updated.

This new update SIMPLY CRASHES ALOT!!! THE OLDER VERSION WAS INDEED WAY BETTER AND EASIER TO YOU! WHY GIVE SOMETHING GOOD AND TAKE IT AWAY AFTER !! Considering changing tv providers...

Used to watch ALL THE TIME. Now constant crashes and playback errors on demand. Extremely disappointed. Hulu and Netflix here I come. Cancelling my TW. I pay $200/mo for on demand which never works when I demand it to. Disappointing to say the least.

keeps saying " unable to start playback" it stops in the middle of the move. its very annoying. please fix this issue.

Ever since the new update, I have yet to complete 10 minutes of play time on look back without the app crashing. It did it prior to the update, but a lot less frequent. Please fix it. The new update looks better, but plays like junk.
