Bug

Im on my home wifi and this update says on Im wifi but does not show all channels. When I click home button, it no longer brings a mini viewer to other apps.. black screen and keeps buffering. Please fix!

Solution to crashes read this!!!!!!

Delete app via settings then general tab then manage storage data tab find TWC tv delete app and all data!!!!!! Re download and no more crashes this is per Twc service dept it worked for me!!!! Dont delete via home screen

Useless

The other reviews are right. This app is useless. The TV guide is always unavailable (it says "Try Again Later". Yeah, right). It wont let me schedule any recordings or modify existing recordings. Whats the point of this app if it doesnt do any of the things its supposed to do?

Dont bother...

Use to work great! Now theres always some problems. Its a waste of space.

SICK..SICK..AND TIRED OF CRAPPY APP

The IPAD App used to work Great. Its gotten so Bad that it rarely opens, tells you that you need to restart it, then Wont. Tired of Uninstalling it & reinstalling it. HORRID...this should NOT be like this! Not sure if its IOS problems or TWC Sucking..per the norm. Wonder if anyone else has problems with TWC wireless reception too. Thats another bunch of Crap too. Oh Well...time to reinstall of the Ba-Zillionth time..Craps Getting OLD!

Current version is broken, audio dropouts

Was OK before Spectrum/most recent update. Now the sound drops out every few seconds, making it unwatchable.

Lost function with latest update

Updates iOS to 10.1.1 on iPhone 6s. Had not yet updated TWC app, but worked fine until morning of 12/3/16. Since it was buggy, I checked for updates, but updating the app did not correct issue. Restarted phone, after update - did not fix; then deleted and reinstalled app - still not working correctly. Problems Ive noticed 1) pop up notice stated "noticed youre in wifi..." but channels werent available, as if I was using cellular data. Turned off wifi and re-opened using cellular data. Notice said "we see youre on cellular..." and options within the app were the same. Its buggy and not sure how to trick it into behaving correctly while on wifi.

no AirPlay? bring it back. I deserve to have that feature since Im paying for TWC. Im changing cable providers. this is unacceptable.

Crashes all the time

After you leave the site, you have to delete the app and reload to watch again. Frustrating

Worst App Ever

App continually needs to be uploaded. Constantly crashes. So frustrating! Why doesnt TWC fix this?

300+ channels. Only can watch 10

This app could be so much better if they gave you access to the content you actually want to watch while outside of your home (WHY THE HELL WOULD I USE THE APP IN MY HOME WHEN I HAVE A TV TO WATCH IT ON). ESPN and HBO app blow this thing out of the water.

Cant change channels on the TV anymore

Seriously I dont understand how any of the dummies at TWC keep their jobs. We used this app to change channels on our downstairs TV since the remote didnt work very well. Now we cant use it at all. Thanks for this "update" in the wrong direction chuckleheads.

Horrible "update"

Whoever this company pays to create, maintain, and supposedly improve their app should all be summarily fired. The app has gotten so ridiculously cumbersome if you want to record something remotely its unbelievable. Before this useless update, one could locate a program in the guide, tap on it, see a short description of the program, tap "record," then tap "confirm" to record it. Now that is gone, having been replaced with a list of episodes, in which you must hunt for the current one (amidst past and future episodes) youd like to record. No more nice episode description; merely 4-5 words. The changes TWC makes should never be called improvements. The company continues to remove useful features under the auspices of "simplifying." Just another word for providing less instead of more. If this is to prepare us for purchase by even-worse Charter Communications, were doomed. U-Verse is starting to look better every day. Zero stars. Bring back the previous version. This one stinks.

Absolutely awful!

Absolute worst to download and try to use!!

Terrible update ... No longer usable as a guide

Totally agree with Beadfeather! I want to be able to scan whats on, tap for quick overview of the show (WITHOUT leaving the listing!), and then tapping to change to watch on TV. The new app is a horrible user experience - taking me to another screen to show me ad page of show and THEN showing me a list of ALL its episodes when Im only interested in the one I was looking at and I havent figured out how to watch on TV yet ... Please change it back!

We cannot complete your request

This is so annoying. It happens ALL the time EVERY day. in the middle of a show or movie it freezes and says cannot complete your request. Try again later. I think its time to try FIOS

Dumb update

Trying to record a show. Pick the time at 1am. Keeps trying to record it at an earlier time. Why when u select 1 time does it set at another.

Record function is broken

When I click on a show with the intention to record it, the app brings up all showings of that same series but the actual in that I want to record is nowhere to be seen. When I click on a show, I only want options for THAT PARTICULAR SHOWING, not any previous or subsequent showings. Please fix this. The previous version was far from perfect but this version is a disaster.

Terrible Updare

0 stars! What did you do to the app? Nothing works right now. None of the channels load up. I get an error no matter how many times I restart. It either says Error Uploading Channel or I get a black screen with: We apologize but we cannot fulfill your request at this time" FIX IT! The app was working pertly before this update.

Update

The application was previously below average, mainly due to the companys limitations. Todays update drops the app to poor all on its own.
